The sun dips low in the sky/beneath the horizon/towards the west, casting long shadows across the rolling hills/over the heather-covered fields/amongst the rugged terrain. The air is crisp and cool/chilly with a hint of frost/refreshingly brisk, carrying the scent of damp earth/wildflowers/pine needles.

A lone Highland cow, its shaggy coat gleaming in the fading light/turning auburn in the sunset/a tapestry of deep reds and browns, stands still on a grassy knoll/grazing peacefully near a stone wall/scanning the horizon with watchful eyes. Days as a Highland Coo

Ach, life up here in the Highlands seems to be braw. We Cattle don't worry much about the weather. A wee bit of rain won't stop a Coo! Our coats keep us warm even on the frostiest days. We spend our days eating on the green hillsides.

We love a good mud bath in the mud too. It's brilliant for our coat. Of course, we also enjoy to be wary of the foxes that sometimes want to get close to us.

But mostly, life is pretty great for a Highland Coo. We are content with our simple way of life.
